I am using this card in Delhi on MTNL 3G network. It's working fine, but currently, I am on a trip in Kolkata. Here, my SIM card is working fine, but when I put it in mobile (Samsung Chat 527), it connects to the Internet, but in the USB dongle, it doesn't work.

In order to connect to the Internet using the USB dongle, you first need to activate the roaming option. Usually, these options can be found by opening the USB dongle application, under Settings. There, you should be able to found roaming options under Network > Mobile. This settings are different regarding the devices that are used. You should be able to find the settings and activate the roaming feature. After this is done, you will be able to connect to the Internet.
When I attach my Net Setter it shows the "no device" message. I re-installed its software and made my PC shut down many times. Plugged it into a different port but it keeps showing the message 'no device'.

You might need to use Device Manager to re-install the drivers for the device. If you unplug it from the USB port, the drivers will mess up. It happens to most of the devices of this type. The procedure is as follows: insert USB, connect to and surf the Internet, disconnect from the Internet, access Safely Remove Hardware,, remove. If you'll do it differently, you will most likely end up with errors.
